Intuit Accountant News Central: Tell us a little bit about your role at Intuit.
Syed: I have been with Intuit for more than three years now. I work to create a great experience for accounting professionals looking for training or who want to get certified through our QuickBooks ProAdvisor® program. This pretty much sums up what I do: Collaborate with a smart, innovative, talented team to delivery an outstanding experience to our customers using the right technology.
Intuit: What do you enjoy doing outside of Intuit?
Syed: My life revolves around family, friends and sports. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and being there for them through good times and bad. A perfect weekend to me is going out to try something new or exploring a new place with my family.
Sports are also a big part of my life - playing different sports to following my favorite teams (Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, LA Lakers, Texas Rangers), volunteering as a coach when I can and taking my kids around to their sporting activities.
Intuit: What is the best thing about working at Intuit?
Syed: The people I work with! Smart, talented, funny, thought leaders, inspiring – that’s how I would describe the team I have the honor to work with. It makes what I do so much more enjoyable.
